Standard payment terms are 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and other methods as agreed upon.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
We stand behind our products. If products are defective or do not meet agreed specifications, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos/evidence. We will arrange replacements or credit at our discretion.
